If you are aged between 16 and 25, South Ayrshire Nightstop can offer free emergency accommodation in the homes of local families and individuals. We can arrange transport for you to get there. We can provide this service in the South Ayrshire Area. However our hosts are recruited from North, East & South Ayrshire.
Having nowhere to stay can be very scary.
We can offer you:- A safe place to stay
- An evening meal
- Bath/shower
- Breakfast
- Transport to and from your hosts
Can anyone stay with Nightstop?
Nightstop will not be the best solution for everyone. A decision will be made between Nightstop staff and the agency, based on what you tell them.
Will I always get accommodation?
If you are accepted by the project, you will usually get accommodation. It's best to ask as early in the day as you can.
How long can I stay?
Emergency accommodation with South Ayrshire Nightstop is arranged for one night at a time, while you look for more permanent accommodation.
Is it safe?
Yes. All Nightstop hosts and drivers are trained to work with young people and have been checked by the Disclosure Scotland and have under gone an Enhanced Disclosure to ensure they are not a danger to you.
